All products are built, packed and shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Berlin, Germany. Orders are taken with the greatest care and highest quality control.

Quick Process

If our items are remarked as in stock, we will ship them as quickly as possible after the payment is confirmed. Please note that unless requested otherwise, we will pack the orders depending on your territory to ensure highest compatibility. (For example power plugs.) We do our best to fulfill your order within the next workday but ask for your kind patience should it be a few days longer.

Should the requested items not be in stock, you will not be able to add them to the cart. Instead you can enter your email for a notification once the items are available again.

No Risk

You have no risk of accidental loss or deterioration. We will cover all issues until the order has been handed over to the buyer.
