Free Returns

Your purchase is risk free! You can order and try out the product. Should the item not meet your expectations, please contact us first to see if we can help. Otherwise, you can return the item to us within 30 days after receipt for a full refund. Please note, that for a full refund the item may not be damaged or have other signs of usage.

Process

In order to initiate the return, you must inform us by a clear written statement (e.g. a letter or email) of your decision. Please refer to the invoice name, address, and order number to minimize confusion.

After we've been informed about your return request, we will supply you with a shipping label for your free return. Please ship the package within 30 days after the original receipt. After the return shipment, we will confirm that the goods arrived safely and refund you through the same payment method as the original order.
